As required by Florida Senate passage, the current fee for the estoppel certificate will be posted on the issued certificate. The fee and collection for each estoppel certificate generated by the designated agent has been authorized and approved by Villas On the Green Board of Directors, POA, at a regularly scheduled board of directors and delivered to Campbell Property Management in accordance with Florida Statutes.
