The most recent painting project in Villas on the Green began in late 2016 and completed in early 2017. The current paint colors in our community are identified below. Any touch up required on exterior surfaces must be consistent with these paint colors and brand.
• Exterior Walls – Benjamin Moore: Montgomery White (HC-33)
• Trim and Garage Doors – Benjamin Moore: Sugar Cookie (OC-93)
• Front Doors (if not upgraded to a hurricane door) – Benjamin Moore: Abbey Brown (1225)
All products are Benjamin Moore paint and can purchased at any local Benjamin Moore paint store. The colors are also on file at Medallion Paint, located in the Publix Shopping Center on the SE corner of Hillsboro and Federal in Deerfield Beach.
